Ben is Charisma’s CTO and oversees all technical aspects of the company’s activities. He built the Charisma engine, integrating complex creative user requirements with the latest in artificial intelligence, machine learning and UX principles.
Ben’s previous video games experience includes roles at Jagex, Natural Motion and Ninja Theory.
