Speaker Biography
Professor James Bennett is the Director of StoryFutures (http://www.storyfutures.com/), the R&D catalyst for creative industries in immersive technologies and the Co-Director of StoryFutures Academy (http://www.storyfutures.com/academy): The UK National Centre for Immersive Storytelling and Professor of Digital Culture at Royal Holloway, University of London. He is Director of the StoryTrails project leading a partnership of the BFI, BBC, Uplands Television, Niantic, Nexus, ISO Design, The Reading Agency and ProduceUK to deliver a diverse immersive storytelling initiative as part of the UNBOXED Festival of Creativity in 2022.
