RPPTV sought to understand how audio content can augment reality and enrich the experience of consuming traditional media or content, such as reading a book, map or looking at photographs.

Outcome
The outputs of RPPTV’s project have informed the perceptions, motivations and behaviour for sonic augmented reality within the creative sectors of publishing, advertising and tourism. It has also informed the way users prefer to consume this augmented reality content and to be able to understand customer needs and create new and better ideas for the audiences.
